If you need help or want to report an issue, submitting a case through the CREO Research & Data Platform Support and Feedback Form is the quickest way to get help. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a case and ensure we resolve your issue effectively.  


Step 1: Go to the CREO Website 

  1. Visit our website at www.creosyndicate.com. 
  1. Click “Member Login” and log in using your username and password. 

Step 2: Go to the Data Platform 

  1. After signing in, click “Launch Data Platform” in the navigation menu. 

Step 3: Navigate to the Support & Feedback Form 

  1. Once on the Platform, click “Report an issue” at the bottom-right corner of any page. 

Step 4: Begin the Form 

  1. Access the form and make sure your pre-filled information is correct. 
  1. Under the “Select Your Inquiry” section, select “I need help with something”. 
  1. Under the “Report an Issue” section, select the type of issue that best describes your issue. If none are applicable, select “Other”. 
  1. Select a specific issue if it is applicable. 

Step 5: Provide Additional Details 

  1. Select the page(s) affected by the issue. 
  1. Use the text box to describe your issue in detail. 
  1. Rate the urgency of the issue. 
  1. Upload supporting files (optional). 
  • Click “Choose File” to upload your document. 
  • Accepted file types: .jpg, .png, .pdf. 
  • Maximum file size: 10MB. 

Step 6: Submit the Request 

  1. Review all the details of the form. 
  1. Click “Submit” to forward your case to the CREO Team. 
  1. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email for further details.  

Tips for a Faster Resolution: 

  • Be as detailed as possible: Include exact steps and specific pages of the Platform. 
  • Add screenshots: Images help clarify the issue for our support team. 
  • Follow up if needed: If you don’t receive a response within the expected time, reply to the confirmation email.
